This policy explains how NAADI ENTERPRISES ("Naadi", "we"), based in Pallipalayam, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India, handles your personal information when you use naadithelife.com, the Naadi mobile app or our WhatsApp service.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Order details: delivery address, products ordered, order amount, payment method and payment status.
- WhatsApp messages: your WhatsApp number and profile name, messages you send us, and whether our messages were delivered and read.
- App and device details: a notification token if you use the mobile app.
- Security logs: IP address, browser details and login attempts, used to protect accounts.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank login details. Online payments are handled by Razorpay.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by email, app notification and WhatsApp.

- To keep the website and your account secure, and to meet legal and tax requirements.
WhatsApp updates
When you place an order, we use the phone number you provide to send order updates such as confirmation, shipping and delivery on WhatsApp. To stop these messages, send STOP to our WhatsApp number. Send START to turn them back on.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us run Naadi:
- Razorpay: online payments.
- Shiprocket and courier partners: shipping and delivery.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): WhatsApp messages.
- Google (Firebase and email): app notifications and order emails.
- Hostinger: website hosting and data storage.
We may also share information when the law or a government authority requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and browser storage for features such as your cart and wishlist. Blocking them may stop these features from working.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for orders, returns, security and legal or tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, including your account, by emailing us from your registered email address. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Children
Naadi is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
