If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

To use our Site and make purchases, you must:

• Be a resident of India or an eligible country we ship to.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current account and billing information.
• Not be barred from receiving our products or services under applicable law.

We strive to display product colours, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors and screens, we cannot guarantee exact colour representation.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional or discounted prices are valid only for the stated period and may be subject to stock availability.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability or stock constraints.
• Errors in product description or price.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pass payment verification.

We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All card transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Naadi does not store your full card details on our servers.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, natural events, or courier delays. Naadi is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

We provide an Amazon-standard 10-day return, replacement, and refund policy for all eligible clothing and apparel orders from the date of delivery.

Eligibility & Inspection Guidelines

To qualify for a full refund or exchange under standard apparel return rules:

• Original Condition: The apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any stains, makeup marks, body odors, or perfume fragrances.
• Tags & Brand Packaging: All original brand tags, price tags, barcode labels, hangers, and original brand packaging/polybags must be intact and securely attached.
• Complete Package: Any accompanying belts, accessories, complimentary items, or extra buttons provided with the product must be returned together.

Hassle-Free Doorstep Reverse Pickup

We provide free doorstep reverse pickup from your original delivery address across all serviceable pin codes in India. A standard physical condition and tag verification will be conducted at your doorstep at the time of pickup.

Free Replacements & Exchanges

If an apparel item does not fit or you wish to switch to an alternate shade or size, you may opt for a free replacement / size exchange (subject to stock availability) without any extra shipping fee within the 10-day window.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Once the returned item is picked up and successfully clears quality inspection at our fulfillment center, refunds are processed as follows:

Non-Returnable & Hygiene Exceptions

As per standard e-commerce hygiene and safety protocols:

• Intimate apparel, innerwear, briefs, and personal wellness products are non-returnable once opened, unless delivered damaged or defective.
• Items returned without brand tags or showing signs of wear, alteration, or washing will not be approved for refund and will be returned to the customer.
• Items explicitly designated as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page are excluded from returns.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Naadi India Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
• The "Naadi" name and logo are trademarks of Naadi India Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorised use of our trademarks may result in legal action.

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site.
• Engage in price manipulation, fraudulent orders, or chargebacks without merit.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naadi and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
