Yes. Naadi delivers across India, including Chennai, Bangalore (Bengaluru), Kochi (Cochin) and the rest of Kerala, and Hyderabad. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm delivery to your address.

Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. The checkout page shows the estimated delivery date for your PIN code before you pay.

Yes, shipping is currently free on all orders placed on the Naadi website.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable PIN codes with a COD fee of ₹49 added to the order total. Choose "Cash on Delivery" in the Payment Method section at checkout.

You can pay with UPI, credit or debit cards and net banking through our secure Razorpay checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery. Naadi does not store your card details.

You can request a return or a size exchange within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Shirts and T-shirts come in sizes S to XXL (some styles in S to L). Every product page has a size guide to help you pick the right fit.

Giza cotton is an extra-long-staple cotton originally grown along the Nile in Egypt. Its long fibres make fabric that is softer, stronger and more breathable than regular cotton, which is why Naadi uses 100% Giza cotton for its T-shirts.

Machine wash cold with similar colours on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, dry on a line in the shade and iron warm. This keeps the yarn-dyed checks bright and the cotton soft.
