Naadi was not born just from an idea to create a clothing brand. It was born from my journey in the textile industry, my love for fabrics, and a growing desire to make a difference.
Having spent more than two decades in the textile industry, I have experienced the world of fibres, fabrics and garments from a perspective that goes far beyond what we see on a store shelf. I have come to appreciate the craftsmanship behind every garment, the value of quality materials, and the many hands and processes that bring a piece of clothing to life.
Over the years, one thought stayed with me: Why should premium comfort and quality be beyond the reach of ordinary people?
I wanted to create apparel that brings people the pleasure of wearing premium cotton, the comfort of thoughtfully chosen fabrics and the confidence of good design—all at reasonable prices. Clothing that feels special without being unnecessarily expensive. Everyday essentials that people can genuinely enjoy wearing.
But my journey through textiles also made me reflect on something deeper.
We live on a planet that gives us so much. Nature provides the fibres, resources and inspiration behind much of what we wear. Yet, as an industry and as consumers, we often overlook the environmental cost of producing, consuming and discarding clothing.
I began to feel that creating good apparel should mean more than making something beautiful to wear. It should also mean thinking carefully about the materials we use, the resources we consume and the future we leave behind.
This belief became an important part of my vision for Naadi. Alongside 100% natural fibres, I wanted to embrace recycled fibres as another meaningful step towards a more conscious approach to fashion. Not as a claim of perfection, but as a commitment to keep exploring better possibilities.
That is how Naadi – The Life began to take shape.
The name reflects my belief in the miracle of nature, the preciousness of life and the connection we share with the earth. To me, clothing is an intimate part of our everyday lives. What touches our skin should bring comfort. What expresses our style should reflect who we are. And what we create should be guided by an awareness of the world around us.
Through Naadi, I hope to bring together everything I value: textile knowledge, premium quality, thoughtful design, reasonable pricing and respect for nature.
